Star Land Marketing Pvt Ltd is hiring Tele Sales Executive (at Evening shift 5:00 PM - 01:00 AM) in its Urdu / English Call Center for a Lead Generation role in for Real Estate campaigns. It involves telesales marketing in which you have to Generate demand for sale through Cold calling; make multiple outbound calls to customers.

Find interested or potential customers or develop interest in customers than collect contact information of interested customers for sales department. Your basic task is to collect the contact information of interested customers and send it to sales department.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Fresh graduates

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

The ability to call, connect, and interact with potential clients

Persuasive and goal-oriented

Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor

High school degree or equivalent

Excellent analytical and time-management skills

Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team

Basic Salary: Rs. 30,000 + Commission + Performance based bonuses

Opportunity to earn upto 80k - 150k / month
