Security Manager 2

• To Visit and inspecting existing clients at least once in a month or once a week in case of an important client / location to discuss the problems or issues, if any and regarding the performance of SGS.
• To maintain Operational system with proper safety standards.
• To monitor Schedules / assignment of daily operational activities by the concerned supervisors.
• To formulate / sign commercial contracts and ensure the inclusion of all terms and condition in accordance with the clients agreed contents.
• To Coordinate with Sales / Marketing Department for getting new businesses along with Manager Marketing or to visit current clients of SGS and generate more business from them. (Business Development)
• To take part in Hiring of Security Guards as per company criteria.
• To Monitor Budget of clients and Cost control of Operations.
• To prepare monthly presentation (Every 2nd Thursday of the month)
• To ensure timely preparation of reports by the concerned in charge / supervisors of SGS.
• To coordinate GM Operation in managing SGS operation
• Project forecasting, budgeting for effective resource management to execute the project smoothly as per client’s requirements and standards
• Prepare and keep up-to-dated Organograms to ensure proper reporting relations between top to bottom tiers.
• Recruitment of manpower, head hunting, on job training, match job descriptions with job specifications, assign tasks and monitor KPIs.
• Team’s performance review and analysis, counseling where required and capacity building
• Proactive interdepartmental coordination with higher management.
