Job Description
- Daily attendance to be shared from Project at 08:30 AM.
- Shortages to be recovered by 09:00 AM. For this you need to have janitor staff readily available at your back up.
- Communicating client concerns to Head Office.
- Ensuring all staff is in proper uniform.
- Taking client feedback 3 times a week. Must meet Head of Admin whenever visit the location.
- Training of staff on site as per schedule.
- Responsible for hiring the staff to maintain the current strength on projects.
- Responsible for uploading training video, work activities and morning briefing.
- Make sure the hired janitor meets the company criteria and must have all necessary documents available.
Requirements & Skills
- Computer literate.
- Must have own bike.
- Must have own smartphone.
- Must have valid driving license.
