Job Description

1) To conduct Trainings (in-house/out house) for Teachers & Principals on different topics
2) Monitoring & Evaluation of Trainings being conducted
3) To prepare impact Analysis on the given Trainings.
4) Training of Trainers (TOT)
4) Development of personnels and conduct different training sessions for (Masters Trainers) working under "Regional Manager Training".
5) Preparation of Training Manuals
6) Analysing Need for trainings requests from Clients Schools for their Teachers & Principals.
7) Tasks assigned by the Regional Head.

Requirements & Skills

- May be a person having experience of Lectureship at different institutes.
- Strong communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Training Manual Development hands on experience
- Reporting Skills
- Working Under Pressure.
- MS Office hands-on experience
