Job Description

LogicFinder is looking for an HR Assistance to work with HR and to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This position is responsible for oversight of the Human Resources department and performance of all general human resources functions.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives

- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, salary negotiation, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.

- Schedule interviews

- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
