Candidate must be fresh graduate with background knowledge of:
(1) GIS & Cartography.
(2) Understanding of topographic & satellite imageries.
(3) Geo-referencing.
(4) Accuracy & Error Assessment.
(5) Basic knowledge of ArcView/ArcGIS (Optional).
(6) Digitization
