Responsibilities:
- Provide executive and administrative support to Company Director.
- Requirements: Bachelor's degree holder.
Requirements & Skills
- Manage, coordinate and maintain calendar of Company Director including appointments, meetings and travel.
- Monitor and respond to incoming communications (including complaints) to Director office including phone calls, emails.
- Drafting and writing high quality reports and presentations when required.
- Arrange travel (Tickets/Accommodation) Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure Proceed with the payments of Mobile bills.
- Secure appropriate documents through the approval process on behalf of the director with internal staff at all levels.
