Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive and administrative support to Company Director.
  • Requirements: Bachelor's degree holder.

Requirements & Skills

  • Manage, coordinate and maintain calendar of Company Director including appointments, meetings and travel.
  • Monitor and respond to incoming communications (including complaints) to Director office including phone calls, emails.
  • Drafting and writing high quality reports and presentations when required.
  • Arrange travel (Tickets/Accommodation) Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure Proceed with the payments of Mobile bills.
  • Secure appropriate documents through the approval process on behalf of the director with internal staff at all levels.
