Project Coordinator

1. Ensure 100% achievement of project objectives in respect of Social Mobilization, Micro Credit & Enterprise Development, Capacity Development and Community Physical Infrastructure ctc.
2. Provide orientation and impart training on the program function to the team members.
3. Assign operational jurisdiction & responsibilities to the team members.
4. Set up targets for the team with their consultation.
5. Plan and facilitate the conduct of awareness raising, social mobilization, formation of the community organizations and arrangements of training events for the members of staff and community organization
6. Do table check of all the appraisals done by the credit officers.
7. Ensure in time recoveries of the installments from the borrowers.
8. Ensure regular updating of MIS.
9. Field team management and regular monitoring.
10. Develop monthly and quarterly progress reports on prescribed formats
11. Comply with the instructions issued by the Baidarie Management.
Note: Salary package is negotiable.
