Job Description
Treat all patients with care and compassion respecting their dignity.
Manage a clinical caseload.
Provide therapy plans including assessment, problem solving and development of
appropriate treatment plan.
Prescribe, fabricate and provide appropriate splinting and prescription of aides and
equipment.
Conduct home and hospital visits as requested.
Referral and communicate with other organizations and providers including appropriate
reports and documentation.
Participate in regular supervision to problem solve patient cases.
