Assistant Director Law

1. Assist the senior management in advisory matters related to Company Law.
2. Assist in preparation of working papers on legal issues.
3. Research and study international best practises in Company Law.
4. Interact with stake holders to make improvements in the existing Company Laws and provide inputs to the Commission for amendments thereon.

3 years in Corporate Legal Consultancy, Legislation and Litigation, in well reputed multinational/national groups, financial Institutions, regulatory organizations or private law practice.
