Job Responsibilities:

1. Able to perform analysis of all pesticide & fertilizer raw material and finished products as per standard practices.
2. Able to perform analysis taken by Dealer/Distributor/ Govt. official’s samples as and when required.
3. Able to assist in the standardization of working standards with the help of reference standards and practices.
4. Responsible for handling and storage of all chemicals being used in the lab.
5. Able to perform stability studies of new and existing products and keep the record.
6. Must have hands-on experience of handling laboratory equipment and related analysis.
7. Responsible to maintain the laboratory and equipment clean, safe, and well organized.

Required Skills:

1. Experience in using various types of lab equipment and formulation techniques.
2. MS Office skills for compiling formulation analysis and reports.

3. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

4. Problem-solving skills.
5. Good communication.
