Job Description
The Farm Services Manager plays a key role in CottonConnect South Asia will be responsible for delivery of Cotton Connects growing farm programmes throughout Pakistan while developing future service offerings We are looking to recruit an individual of exceptional ability and rescourcefulness who can establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders Example farm groups government academic institutions in order to support our customers vision of creating more sustainable cotton supply chains and in turn delivering against Cotton Connects ambitious social environmental and financial targets

Essential Skills Required
She/he must have worked in the area of agriculture. Must have experience in Training, exposure to similar programmes is desirable. Must have experience in building, managing and monitoring financial budgets, developing review mechanisms, establishing relationships with Govt. Departments or universities & research institutes private companies The individual must be committed and passionate about Cotton Connects approach, with an understanding of the broader farm related issues in cotton growing and understanding the triple bottom line impacts. He/ she must also have some understanding of the rest of the cotton value chain.
