Country Head Financial Analyst and Controller: Segment Marketing Support
This is a Major position within a World Class Business Support Company Business Unit FP&A team in Pakistan who will be reporting directly to Regional Finance Head in Dubai; and will responsible for providing financial consultation and advisory to Segment Marketing on customer value and product margin support.
This role is an opportunity for a self-starter with the ability to successfully manage multiple tasks, projects and changing priorities in a high growth international e-commerce business environment
Key Responsibilities
Developing and monitoring business controls regarding profitability
Managing all appropriate month-end close processes and facilitate review meetings with business groups
Driving process improvement and standardization
M&A valuation modeling
Lead analytical projects that assist and influence the business
Anticipate business requirements, trends and variances
Develop action plans, measure and analyze results
Initiate corrective actions
Minimize the impact of negative inputs

Requirements & Skills
Requirements:
Lead analytical projects
Experience in product line gross margin financial analysis and management reporting
Ideal candidate will have manufacturing cost analysis experience
Demonstrate business partnering, consultative and decision support skills
Ability to learn quickly and apply new tools and techniques
Excellent communication, analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Access
Strong team player, able to collaborate or lead as required
Degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Statistics, or other relevant field
Excellent problem-solving skills
Proven ability to multi-task
3/ 5+ years in a Operational Finance or other highly quantitative analyst role
Fluent English is a requirement
