System Support Executive

Responsible to assist in system administration/maintenance and development of core IT infrastructure, server operation and application at regional level.
Ensure the network infrastructure (LAN/WAN) and network equipments are fully operational.
Perform troubleshooting, maintain network traffic, system security, disaster recovery, system backup and maintenance.
Provide end user professional and prompt IT support, configuration and deployment of IT hardware/software.
To participate and support in IT initiatives to ensure all projects are delivered successfully.
Provide user training on IT policies and key applications.
Maintain and administer the IT hardware/software inventory assets.
Perform ad hoc IT related duties as assigned by IT Management at Head Office.

Minimum 1 years of working experience in IT Operation.
Must be familiar with Ubuntu (Linux), WAN, LAN, TCPIP protocols, DNS, DHCP, Proxy server, firewall, router and switches.
Analytical and enjoy problem solving.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
