Job Description
We require a CSR for Rawalpindi's one of the biggest Cash & Carry, must
- Provide prompt, courteous customer service
- Be keen to gain product knowledge and convey it to the customers in a pleasant and convincing manner.
- Follow Store SOPs, guidelines & policies, which include procedures, dress code, staff hygiene, attendance, punctuality, and ZERO tolerance towards theft / fraud of any kind, etc
- Rotate to variety of additional responsibilities

- Ability to work under pressure and work in a fast paced environment.
- Readiness to work on holidays and irregular hours (if required by business).
- NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. But applicants having relevant experience will be given due consideration.
- Capability to understand and follow the procedures and advise customers accordingly
- Patience and anger management skills
