Customer Services Representatives (CRS)

We are looking forward to have CSRs who skillfully deal with our clients in America. Handle the calls, and process the given tasks. Should understand the job responsibilities and requirements of international standards.
*Ensure delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of customer requests and inquiries
*Log, identify, analyze, and resolve customer issues related to software products
*Continuously learn and update product knowledge to provide excellent customer experience

Computer proficiency especially in the use of web based systems
*Good written and oral communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and team skills
*Strong customer orientation
