Head Business Development And Marketing

- Evaluate the market for opportunities which could benefit the company in longer run
- Pro-actively hunt target organizations and establish national and international linkages
- Develop a model business design for entering into lucrative ventures and cultivating company's growth
- Promote company's technological and skill development initiatives/services to potential clients
- Build and maintain high level contacts with current and prospective customers, including other business and project partners
- Obtain consultancies in technical services, feasibility preparation and project implementation
- Prepare contractual proposals, MoUs etc, including creative, innovative concepts and approaches
- Manage all company events and represent the company on national and international forums
- Devise and implement information & communication strategies to develop and sustain positive image of the company

The candidate should posses Masters Degree in Business Administration/Marketing from a recognized local or foreign university. He/She should have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with at least 03 years experience as departmental head. Those with technical qualifications prior to the Masters Degree OR a Masters degree from a recognized foreign university will be given preference.

The candidate must be a self-starter, highly organized, polished presenter and possess top level interpersonal, business management and facilitation skills.
