Efficient in handling/closure of walk in and online queries, in accordance with the university policies and procedures.

Bachelors/Masters from an accredited institute;
Preferably one year of relevant experience;
Excellent comprehension/communication ability, structured thinking, sound knowledge of the policies/procedures as defined in the Student Handbook;
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel;
Focus on quality and effective management of multiple tasks; and
Able to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
