We are hiring for an IT Support /CCTV Technician / Computer Networking

(Salary Rs 30 -35000)

Job description

• Troubleshoot CCTV/network problem at Assigned Business Unit in minimum possible time and report to Team Lead IT & Network Support

• Assist Team Lead IT & Network Support in preparing reports on common network problems for management and / or users to train new network users or members of the network support team

• Troubleshooting Windows and network problem and solving their faults

• Provide excellent and speedy technical support to users to facilitate normal course of work at Assigned Business Unit

• Resolve software problems at client terminals

• Respond to users’ queries and ensure timely resolution of any other problems related to computer systems / networks

• Requirements - Minimum Education- ICS

• Experiences - 1 years experiences in networking will be preferred
