Furniture Designer 2

WORKMAN FURNITURE is looking for an ambitious and energetic fresh/experienced FURNITURE DESIGNERS for creative or innovative design ideas.

Goal

The goal is to get growth through increasing needs of the customer and forging strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

Testing and enhancing existing designs using computer models and physical prototypes

Guide customer through space planning, product selection, finish selection etc

Preparing and presenting space plan proposal, design proposal, financial proposal

Creating and explaining design concepts

Communicating with an employer about design goals

Coordinate between customer, production and after sales services

Nurture customer relationship ever after sales

Carry out research to help develop ideas

Produce new designs, or improve existing ones

Prepare sketches of initial ideas, by hand or using CAD software

Skills

2-3 years of experience client dealing in design consultation (Freshers can also apply)

Degree held in product design, interior design or furniture design degree

Proactive with problem solving skills

Drawing and CAD software skills

Ability to work within budgets

Excellent communication & presentation skills
