Job Description
We are looking for young & energetic bar enthusiasts who will be responsible to provide the highest level of hospitality when preparing and providing beverages.
Your role will include key responsibilities such as:
- Ensure a proper opening and setup of the bar.
- Ensure there is always enough back up of stocks.
- Maintaining storage area to get ready on day to day basis in times special events or occasions.
- Change crockery when required.
- Pick up empty glasses and bottles from the tables and outside the bar (called bussing).
- Wipe down tables and bar tops.
- Re-stock garnishes and mixes.
- Always ensure there is enough clean glassware.
- Re-stock ice when needed.
- Maintain clean rags at each table.
- Re-stock the fridges when needed.
- Ensure a proper closing of the bar area.
Requirements & Skills
Desirable Candidate:
· Experience working in a multi cultural environment like GCC countries.
· Organized and well planned.
· Able to work with speed and efficiency throughout maintaining positive attitude.
· Multi tasking capacity
