This is a remote role based in Lahore with occasional working from lahore office location.

The Role

We are Looking to Expand and Hence add HR recruitment consultant whose primary role will be to recruit sales reps on comission only in the UK.

If you are an experienced recruitment professional with focus on recruiting sales reps we would like to hear from you.

You can expect to:

• Source candidates matched against pre-qualified specifications for your clients
• Conduct searches via: our database, incoming applications, job boards and various online tools
• Screen candidates, call them and do interviews with them
• Make sure candidates know the hiring process and all the stages

We are hiring sales reps on comission only basis in the UK, they will be given a percentage of comission and HR role is to find the right applicants, screen them, ask them questions and give them feedback from the interview.
