Project Manager (Preferably From Software House)

About Us:

We are a group of online schools with our head office based in the UK, and our back-end support centre located in Gulberg, Lahore. We are a fast growing organisation with our Lahore Office having a team of 40 members. We are looking to further expand in 2022. Most of our clients are UK based, with some based outside the UK too.

Responsibilities:

• Lead IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services
• Manage IT staff and supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company’s computing needs.
• Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT
• Ensure security of our company data, network access and backup systems
• Preserve assets, information security and control structures
• Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
• Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures for IT staff
• Manage IT staff by training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Computer Science- BSCS
• Must have 3 years of web-development in WordPress as a minimum.
• An ideal candidate would also have professional experience in managing and leading a team of IT professionals like WordPress Developers and Graphic Designers for website development and digital marketing campaigns.

This is a full-time position and is based in Lahore, Pakistan.
Office Timing: Monday to Saturday 10:00am to 6:30pm

Salary Range: Rs.80,000 to Rs. 150,000 per month (depending on qualification and experience)

Required Skills:

• Programming skills with knowledge of frameworks such as PHP. Must have knowledge of OOP, Data structure, Databases including CorePHP, MYSQL database. Should ideally have experience working with LMS systems
• Knowledge to handle dedicated/WHM server
• WordPress (theme customisation, plugin customization, plug in development, Woocomerce, CRM integration with forms)
• Knowledge of front-end languages – HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Javascript, Jquery
• Logo creation, photo editing, video creation and video editing
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and computer hardware/software systems
• Expertise in data center management and data governance
• Added knowledge of tools such as Illustrator, Adobe photoshop and Video editor/animator desired but not required
• Demonstrable ability to drive forward work on own initiative
• Creative, out of the box thinker
• Highly proficient in English
