Job Description:

• Release of material w.r.t dispatch note / production order
• Receipt of material physically and in software after proper inspection via store in and GRN
• Weekly inventory tally report as per software
• Hands on practice on inventory module in any kind of software
• Monthly, Quarterly and Annually closing of inventory
• Direct reporting to manager operations
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintain outstanding store condition
• Develop business strategies to maximize the smooth process of material in and out
• Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items
• Additional store in charge duties as needed
