Customer Service Representative

We are seeking for someone who can look after our aftersales service. Dispatch complainers, take complaints, keep record track of it on the software. Release parts etc.

We are looking for an experienced personel who knows how to work in teams, knows how to handle difficult situations when customers call and complain.
