Create or assist in creating a To do list for CEO

Assist in creating and updating daily schedules for office routine and meetings

Reminders for meetings and task to do as per to do list

Followups for progress of any task or work in process as per schedule & to do list

Perform Administrative Tasks

Assist CEO to examine accounts book and cash flows forwarded by Finance department

Note taking

Maintain minutes of the meetings

Fluent in English (Written & Verbal communication)

Reporting

Adhoc Tasks

Proficient in use of MS Office

Time Management skills
