The role Sale Executive Outbound Sale (Final Expense & Medicare Campaign)
The Team; Spantronics work with multiple USA based client in the field of home improvement and renewal and Medicare . We are fast growing organization and expending our call center sales team. We are looking for fresh and experienced people with excellent english communication skills. You will become a part of a multinational culture having a presence in pakistan, You will get opportunities to learn transferable sales and marketing skills along with industry best practices
Responsibilities,
* Cater outbond calls to promote and sell the product/service
* Interact with customers via cold call and generate qualified final expense & Medicare Leads
* Encourage customers to buy services and product by using a prepared script to reference important parts of what the company offers
* Handle customer needs and requirements
* Respond and resolve customer inquiries
* Ensure monthly sales conversion benchmark
* Follow organization standards to maintain quality service and guarantee customer receive exceptional service.

Work Hours:,
* This is a permanent night shift position {7PM to 4AM}
Requirements & Skills
JOB Requirements,
* Matric. O/A Levels, Graduate or above
* Netural or American accent. Be proficient in English
* Excellent selling , communication and negotiation skills
* Prior tele sales experience is preferred, fresh candidates with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply
