1. Able to perform analysis of all pesticides & fertilizer raw material and finished products as per standard practices.

2. Able to perform analysis taken by Dealer/Distributor/Govt Officials samples as and when required.

3. Able to assist in the standardization of working standards with the help of reference standards and process.

4. Responsible for handeling and storage of all chemicals bein used in lab.

5. Able to perform stability studies of new and existing products and keep the record.

6. Must have hands-on experience of handeling laboratory equipment and related analysis.

7. Responsible to maintain the laboratory and equipment clean, safe and well organized.

1. Experience in using various types of lab equipment and formulation tehniques.

2. MS Office skills for formulaton analysis calculations and reports.

3. Self-motivated with a results driven approach.

4. Problem solving skills.

5. Good Communication.
