Job Description
Assist the Sale Manager in leading, directing & motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sale objectives.
Assist the Sales Manager in revising & implementing the sales strategies & plans.
Responsible for operating & maintaining real estate properties with the goal of maximizing income & profit.
Lead & Supervise team & give reports of every team member weekly to Manager
Offer advice & motivate their team to close sale.
Develop effective training program that each sale how to acquire customer & secure financing & complete paper work for the sales.
Set Weekly & monthly monetary goals for the BDAs to achieve & conducted sale meeting.
Continually look to identify further business opportunities through effective lasing with other related business & Colleagues.
Plan, design & conduct appropriate selling strategies.
Motivate Team members to achieve goal.
Manage the floor environment.
