Job Description
- To plan, schedule and execute the preventive maintenance activity of all underground electrical cables & distribution network/equipments.
- To train and motivate work force to prepare for each and every job whenever required.
- Assign areas and responsibilities to sub-ordinate, monitor their performance and provide guide lines where necessary.
- Ensure strict compliance of safety rules by all concerned in his department.
Requirements & Skills
- Hands on experience in underground cables fault location & knowledge about testing equipment
- Practical knowledge & skills on maintenance of Electrical Distribution Network
- Excellent leadership skills
