Senior Node JS Developer

We are looking for experienced Node JS developer who possess the skills in application development using Node as backend technology. An accomplished Node.js developer will be someone whose expertise results in the stable, fast, and secure exchange of data between servers and end-users.

Requirements

• Developing and maintaining all server-side components in Node JS.

• Ensuring optimal performance of the central database and responsiveness to front-end requests.

• Collaborating with front-end developers on the integration of elements.

• Developing high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code.

• Documenting Node.js processes, including database schemas, as well as preparing reports.

• Hands-on experience in Web API development using Node JS.

• Experience consuming and building robust, SOAP and RESTful APIs.

• Experience with Relational Databases and NoSQL databases as well.

• Experience with Node JS frameworks such as Express, Strong Loop, etc.

• Good understanding of server-side templating languages used in Node JS such as Jade, EJS, handlebars etc.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with the whole web stack, including protocols and web server optimization techniques.

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude.

• Should understand the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds.

• Knowledge of JavaScript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks.

• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3.

• Knowledge of React and Angular will be a plus.

• Superb interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
