Job Description
- Formulation of outstsandind contributionrecovery & Follow up mechanism, system & policy
- Make reports on and Monitor outstsanding contribution on daily basis & follow-up with Sales Agents, Co=Takaful and Clients for recovery
- Automate neccessary information/reports to concerned departments and establish cordial yet professional relationships
- Ensure excellent service and timely response to queries from Corporate Clients
- Ensure the availability of due funds (contributions) in compnay books within stipulated times
