Trainee Architect 3

We are looking for fresh architects or having 1 year experience in architecture.

Job Responsibilities:

· Understanding the scope and scale of the project.

· Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and architects.

· Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information

· Identifies and drives continuous improvement in supplier relationship management and category management.

· Oversees contract implementation and supplier performance/interaction, involved in resolving day-to-day operational issues.

· Prepares periodic reports including monitoring of metrics for management review.

· Support other procurement activities as directed by management

· Preparing and presenting cost reports for clients.

· Read, interpret and explain complex technical documents

· Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants

· Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers

· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports

· Conduct research on the technical elements/tools of construction.

· Demonstrate a proactive attitude toward learning new digital design tools.

· Work with internal and external team members to meet project deadlines and process milestones.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

Office Timing 12 pm – 9 pm PST (Monday – Saturday)
