Product Specialist

An opportunity has become available for an experienced product specialist to join our Baxter biosurgery team.

• This division is growing rapidly, generating substantial opportunities across all surgical specialties, including general, bariatrics, urology, gynecology and cardio thoracic.
• By partnering with surgeons, nurses and procurement staff within the hospital environment from the operating theatre to the c-suite, you will use your natural talent for developing long term relationships with these customers to achieve sales growth and targets.
• enjoy using your organizational skills to develop and implement a sound strategic and tactical territory business plan.
• provide training and professional education to improve the knowledge of health professionals and ensure the correct use of products in surgery.
• take full ownership of the territory and assigned accounts and to meet defined targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
