Job Description

  • Handling inbound & outbound calls
  • Provide entire customer support to accurate and satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns;
  • Quick response on complaints launched by the customers;
  • Briefly describe the products and services;
  • Build the communication bridge customer and the concern department;
  • Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services;
  • Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service.
  • Any other related task assigned by the management.

Requirements & Skills

  • Strong coordination skills
  • Having complete knowledge about telephone etiquettes
