Job Description
- Handling inbound & outbound calls
- Provide entire customer support to accurate and satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns;
- Quick response on complaints launched by the customers;
- Briefly describe the products and services;
- Build the communication bridge customer and the concern department;
- Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services;
- Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service.
- Any other related task assigned by the management.
Requirements & Skills

- Strong coordination skills
- Having complete knowledge about telephone etiquettes
