Job Description
- To manage total branch portfolio.
- The pipeline of counselors, monthly new bookings, cases in the admission process and after admission counseling, and in interview preparation up to visa appointments.
- To manage a team of student counselors and achieve budgeted monthly sales targets of the branch.
- Timely hiring, training. of student Councilors. as allocated as branch budget.
- Daily allocation of leads to student Counselor's evening review of daily calling.
- To support Counselors in their meeting with students registration for abroad study.
- To implement company policies and guidelines issued from time to time.
- To monitor sales performance and compliance among reporting staff and branch.
- Coordination with Supervisor for reporting.
HR hiring and guidelines, admission team for cases processing, and highlighted files discrepancies resolutions
Requirements & Skills
- Corporate Sales Manager Requirement
- Minimum master’s degree in related field is preferred
- Excellent Communication, writing & Presentation Skills·
- Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Have good presentation skills, team player, self-motivated with an aptitude for customer service.
