Job Description

  • To manage total branch portfolio.
  • The pipeline of counselors, monthly new bookings, cases in the admission process and after admission counseling, and in interview preparation up to visa appointments.
  • To manage a team of student counselors and achieve budgeted monthly sales targets of the branch.
  • Timely hiring, training. of student Councilors. as allocated as branch budget.
  • Daily allocation of leads to student Counselor's evening review of daily calling.
  • To support Counselors in their meeting with students registration for abroad study.
  • To implement company policies and guidelines issued from time to time.
  • To monitor sales performance and compliance among reporting staff and branch.
  • Coordination with Supervisor for reporting.

HR hiring and guidelines, admission team for cases processing, and highlighted files discrepancies resolutions

Requirements & Skills

  • Corporate Sales Manager Requirement
  • Minimum master’s degree in related field is preferred
  • Excellent Communication, writing & Presentation Skills·
  • Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Have good presentation skills, team player, self-motivated with an aptitude for customer service.
