Job Description
We (Suzuki Premier Motors Lahore) are looking for an energetic and imaginative candidate for Used Car Sales Executive Position.
The Candidate will be responsible for:
- - Explore new markets of potential clientele.
- - Conduct cold calls and walk-ins, schedule in-person meetings, and sell Services/Products to clients.
- - Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets and exceed sales targets & performance-based goals.
- - Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients.
- - Give a complete presentation of products & services and close sales.
- - Negotiations with clients and assisting/participating in the negotiations process.
- - Creating and building client relationships.
- - Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, and newsletters.
- - Increasing new clients as well as keeping good-relationship with existing clients.
- - Respond to inquiries made by clients about company products and services in a timely and friendly manner.
- - Reporting, maintaining, and updating customer databases.
Required Skills:
Lead generation, prospecting, qualifying, and conversion to sale.
Lead market opportunity assessment and provide business insights for strategic and tactical planning.
Target-oriented approach monthly/quarterly and annual basis with full-fledged command on pre-sales & post-sales activities.
Strong account management and relationship-building skills with key decision-makers.
Excellent communication and persuasive skills, presentable neat personality.
A good team player, confident, and self-starter with strong negotiation skills.
Requirements & Skills
The ideal candidate personality and qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have an interest in marketing along with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. A candidate with knowledge of Suzuki Used car exchange program and Suzuki DMIS software will be preferred.
Education: Minimum Bachelors. (BBA, MBA, B. Com, BA)
Experience: 5 to 10 Years in relevant field.
Salary: 30,000 to 35,000 + incentive
