General Manager Finance (for EandP company)

- Responsible for preparation of Annual Business Plan, Annual Reports, Internal Controls, Treasury Functions, Management Information System, Annual Budget, Cash Flow Analysis, implementation of International Accounting Standards and Generally Accepted Accounting Principals, and negotiating with financial institutions for financing.

- Should be a qualified CA/MBA/CFA having 8-10 years' relevant experience. Experience of working with E & P companies will be preferred. Should have expertise in formulating financial strategies, managing business planning, budgeting, treasury and regulatory affairs, and negotiating loans from lending institutions. Have thorough knowledge of Banking laws, Taxation laws and Companies law. Have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
