RESPONSIBILITES & REQUIREMENTS

• Manage purchasing related activities (In house & Field both) of purchase team to make sure the timely procurement of all goods.
• Direct warehouse activities to include receiving, inspecting, shipping plus distribution.
• Consult with other departments to coordinate demand.
• Solve purchasing related problems
• Establish purchasing policies
• Identify damaged or defective goods and work out an alternative solution with the supplier
• Manage purchase returns.
• Maintain professional relationships with all key suppliers
• Managing day-to-day operations of the department.
• Manage supplier payments.
• Data entry in ERP software.
• Management of purchase team.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor or Masters degree

Job Type :

Full time With Weekly One Holiday

Experience:

At least 3 year

- Communication skills

- Vendor management skills

- Negotiation skills
