* Must have excellent typing skills and be able to work on Microsoft Office

* Excellent knowledge of reservations GDS systems and e-traveling,

* The nature of work will require handling customers from all over the world via calls, emails, Whatsapp chat and walk in

* Must have the ability to work independently and collaborate with other team members as needed

* Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel Routes and offers

* Must have knowledge of Issue, Reissue, Refund and Fare calculation of ticket

* Must have knowledge on Galileo, Airline web System

* Experience: 0 - 2 Years of Experience in Travel Industry
* Galelio GDS Knowledge
* Microsoft Office Knowledge
