Guest and Host is looking to recruit a skilled professional for its ‘Customer care officer ’ post in Lahore. We want a great team player who will join us in our mission to revolutionize accommodation booking experience in Pakistan.
Responsibilities:
- Learn and prepare the communication script with good attention to detail.
- Communicate and pitch the script positively to a good amount of customers on regular basis.
- Use the learned tips to engage customers and qualify them according to the given criterion.
- Keep note of details provided by customers and submit them to the company’s database.
- Increase your performance consistently & generate maximum productivity.
- Maintain good relations with your team, demonstrate discipline and professionalism.
- Respond to the queries on social media
Requirements & Skills
Qualifications:
- A minimum bachelor's education is required.
- Previous experience in a US/UK-based call center/telemarketing project is preferred.
- Fluent English speaking, listening, and customer engagement skills
- Excellent communication, written, and presentation skills
- Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities with high attention to detail and professionalism
