Customer Service Representative

Solar Sales Experts at Spantronics Pvt Ltd plays an important role in achieving customer acquisition target and revenue growth. HE/she will make calls to American prospects every day, generating interest in the Solar Tax rebate program, qualifying prospects, setting appointments, and ensuring sales conversion benchmarks.

Responsibilities

Make outbound B2C calls to promote and set appointments with our solar consultants.

Respond to customer concerns and inquiries and provide them solutions for savings on their monthly electric bills.

Requirements:

Sales flare

Persistence

Excellent Communication Skills (American/ British accent)

Possess Knowledge of Call Center

Work Hours:

Fulltime

Monday – Friday from 8 pm to 6 am

Qualification:

O/A Levels, Graduate or above
