Talent Inbox is a Leading Provider of Offshore Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Solutions. We are currently providing back-office support services to United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and United States Recruitment Industry.
We are currently seeking to employ a Trainee Researcher/ Computer Operator to work closely with our team. This role is a great training ground for individuals who wish to pursue a career in recruitment industry. We will provide training in order to get successful in this job.
Duties:
Doing research & sourcing candidates from LinkedIn and Job Boards as directed by client identifying and evaluating employers' recruitment needs maintaining current records and personal statistics for review against targets Working closely with the recruitment consultants
Requirements:
Inter/ Degree educated ideal or relevant work experience/ skills
Excellent communications skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
Self motivated, a confident and pro-active nature with drive and determination to succeed
Target driven with a positive attitude
Committed and Professional
The shift is from 11am to 9pm, five days a week (Monday-Friday)
