Customer Relationship Officer 17

We are hiring candidates for the position of Customer Relationship Officers for our ongoing projects including Careem, Easypaisa, Telenor bank. We are looking for candidates with Excellent communication skills, Previous experience of working in a call center environment will be a plus point.

Basic responsibilities include:

• Asking questions, listening carefully and showing empathy.
• Aim to get to the heart of what customers truly want.
• Deal with specific questions over the phone, by email or in chats.
• figure out what went wrong, how problems might be fixed and how to keep them from happening again.
• call existing clients to ensure their satisfaction, network within the community to identify prospective customers.

Requirements:

Good communication skills.

Ability to handle pressure.

Previous experience of working in a call center environment is preferred.

Flexibility for Evening shifts for Male staff.

Morning shifts available for Females
