Job Description
- Contact customers to communicate delinquency status, expedite receipt of payment and resolve problems.
- To maintain productivity standards and to ensure that collection efficiency and productivity parameters are met.
- To maintain increased customer satisfaction through timely customer complaint re dressily.
- To ensure updating of database of customer and other relevant information for further collection follow-up.
- To ensure all follow up actions happen on system and adequate trails are maintained on both Intensity and Coverage
- Field visit on delinquent customers for payments or settlement of outstanding balances and preparing settlement plans within the policy framework of the Bank.
- Preparation of Settlement proposal of the delinquent customers for Head Office approval and accordingly providing the customers with NOCs.
- Providing updated status to Clients and getting settlement approvals to settle the delinquent cases
