Travel Consultant 2

We are looking for a travel consultant with good communication and English speaking skills.

• Primary job is to be on the phone!
• Know how to identify the needs of the clients and present best offers by finding economical flights.
• Taking leads and converting them in to the sales.
• Keep client files up to date by maintaining detailed records.
• Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds
• Meeting sales targets

• Good command on Galileo (Airline Reservations System)
• Must know how to search for flights and what information will be required to process the queries.
• Can advise clients on travel arrangements
• Must have telemarketing experience and great communication skills
• English language is a must (spoken and written)
• Must be great on the phone, have an outgoing personality, be able to handle rejection well, be positive, and have an "can
  do" attitude
