Product Specialist

We are looking for a Product Specialist who will join our Lahore office

Key Responsibilities:

• Specific industry experience in Medical Devices including OT consumable products is strongly preferred.
• Ability to develop strong understanding of the products.
• Ability to provide professional product trainings.
• Supports in analyzing Quality results
• May respond to internal or external customer complaints with the help of Senior.
• Respond to technical questions regarding various product lines.
• Be well versed and have a thorough understanding/knowledge of various Global product lines available.
• Develop strong interpersonal relationships with internal and external customers to provide a positive customer experience.
• Daily Quality checks of samples, able to handle product distribution as per the codes.
• Good Communication Skills both verbal and written

Must Haves:

Male/Female both can apply

Minimum of 2-4 years experience

Present personality with Good communication skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
