Job Description
- Perform in a challenging atmosphere to meet performance and quality metric goals
- Excellent communication skills in English Language and possess the ability to communicate clearly with the USA counterparts/ customers i.e. to speak in an accent that is fully understood and appreciated by the customer.
- Excellent knowledge of computer hardware/software and the use of standard telephone equipment
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
- Flexibility to work any shift hours
- Previous call center experience particularly in a sales environment is a plus.
