Project Coordinator

- Primarily responsible for facilitating project manager in effective and efficient management of IT Software and Hardware projects. - Must be able to independently handle projects when required. - Prepares project schedules and other project artifacts on the advice of the project manager or independently and with input from relevant stakeholders. - Coordinates with team members on project activities. - Follow up on tasks and issue resolution. - Facilitates the project manager in project communication and reporting - Collects, compiles, analyzes and reports project and process data in making decisions. - Assists the project manager in tracking project progress - Facilitates in process assurance and other process activities related to assigned projects. - Must be focused on creating a Win Win situation.

- Certification in Project Management would be a plus. - Overall 4 + years working experience including 2 Year experience in IT Project Management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Good understanding of basic project management functions - Good analytical skills - Ability to work in a team environment. - Skills in MS Project or related tool and MS Office - Must possess conflict resolution ability.
