Inbound Customer Service Support And Data Entry Executive 5

Customer Services Executives required to grow our Inbound US business by assisting our existing and potential customers with their queries.

Responsibilities:

• Responding promptly to the customer inquiries
• Providing service information and resolving customer queries.
• Assisting customers on calls, assesing and adopting the best solution to solve their queries, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Collecting customer details for management to analyze customer needs.
• Maintaining customers call records.
• Keeping customer interaction also recording the queries, comments and complaints.

Requirements:

• Intermediate education or above.
• Relevant experience is preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills ideally with American accent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to work as per the US working hours.
• Able to work a Nightshift.
• The Position is based in Islamabad and is not remote.
• Students / Candidates with medical background will be preferred.

• Shift Timings: 06:00 PM TO 06:00 AM ( 4 days a week ) & 08:00 PM TO 04:00 AM ( 5 days a week )
• Salary expectations: PKR 25,000 and above.
